"Dom and Amir tried to get me to get a Mohawk, but I said no way." Harkless

Too funny! When I saw them my first thought was these guys mean business tonight. I think it should be renamed the Brohawk in honor of these young brothers! They were all just amazing tonight. Everyone from the coaches to the players exhibited tremendous energy. The cool Dunlap even got his first T!
Thank God they decided to go with the Brohawk because the Keady Cut would have been disastrous:)

I would love to see some the Keady rug as a tribute, at least in warm ups,

Coach Keady has the Al LoBalbo cut. LOL!

It was the the semi-Mohawks of Harrison, Pointer and Garrett that did it.

If they all get one we beat Duke by 20.

"Big 12 sucks" chants from the student section, directed at the departing WVU

Now that's a chant even an old geezer like I can appreciate!

Just a great, great win, especially coming off a game against Nova where we had a last-minute collapse. Phil Greene, especially (8 assists, 1 TO), had a big night, but kudos to all! Gotta love Harkless & Harrison; they're relentless.

Don't expect to finish high in the BE this year, but wins like this make me very, very optimistic about our immediate future.

Greene maybe, Moe never. I do not even recall if he has any tattoo.
Moe played his best game tonight, even better than against providence because he went up against possibly the best player in the Big East and I think he outplayed him.
They started five freshmen!! I cannot recall a redmen team that ever did that!
Tonight our freshmen were Fab! :cheer:

LOL!!!
Dennis had the early version of the Donald!

1) We swat an awful lot of shots. GG's late skyjack was highlight reel caliber
2) For a guy touted to be a backup next year, Phil Greene moved the ball tonight.
3) Harrison is getting the knack of making his teammates happy. The alley oop to Garrett was pretty, but feeling Mo as the trailer down the middle when Harrison drew three guys was beautiful.
4) For you boxscore watchers, GG had 7 rebounds.
5) Garrett - solid boxscore for his first game as a starter.

Lots of positives, including withstanding the inevitable late charge by WVU.

Nice win , no running out the shot clock. Great team effert. The players are improving and will be real tough next year. Very enjoyable game, especially watching them attack w the lead.

GG's game may be measured by what felt like Kalicli's disappearance. We were faster on the floor, to the rim, aand to the ball almost the entire game.

Phenomenal game by everybody out there. Was especially impressed with Phil Greene out there, as he showed a lot of poise out there. WVA was really in his face in those final minutes and controlled the game up top.

Fun game all around. Glad these kids got it. They deserve it. F%@$ West Virginia

Decent number of rednecks at the game. I don't think they are used to waering shoes, but brought them here to the big city even though its not Sunday.

Greene playing great, is the reason why Harkless played great tonight, IMO. Phil always seemed to find Moe in the right spot, particularly in the first half. That hasen't always been the case this season. The one move that Moe put on Kevin Jones near the end of the first half was sick.

Everyone played well, though. Even Stith made some good plays out there. Also like the fact that we never stopped attacking the rim. Even when WVU made there little run, we stayed in attack mode (Harrison should have made a few more trips to the FT line then he did).

"In 1992 I saw the Fab Five and I didn't like that much, but I didn't like this that much more," Huggins said. "They are talented guys.

Great to see us running at every opportunity instead of standing around waiting for the shot clock to run out and then launching a desperate three.

Have your considered changing yours to just plain Metta?

It epitomizes your persona.

I,
Metta,
a traveller from an antique land,
said:
Two vast and trunkless legs of stone stand in the desert.
Near them on the sand, half sunk,
a shattered visage lies,
whose frown and wrinkled lip and sneer of cold command tell that its sculptor well those passions read.
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
"I am Ozymandias, King of Ants:
Look on my feelers termites, and despair!"

I am sure you will get a WARNING for this! Praise the Lord, what are you drinking?
