Wow, incredible piece in the Post, thanks for sharing the link. Second chances are part of life, for everybody. If Chris and the staff are confident, I trust they are taking a very wise gamble.
Zach B's very thorough article;

Matt came to us from a school that turned itself into one of the most exciting programs in the country by handing out second chances.
And our coach would never have made the Hall of Fame without a second chance.
Anyone who is not a fan of second chances should find a new team to root for, because this won't be the last time this happens under the current staff.

I am not adverse to second chances, but this kid has already had his. The staff has much more information than I, and I trust they have done their diligence. That said, I am not in favor of this move.
While it seems he will be cleared of the armed robbery charge, he is still charged with credit card fraud and "robbery by sudden snatching". It takes a certain kind of person to snatch someone's personal belongings. Now, I wouldn't want anyone to judge me by decisions I made when I was 17 years old. But, Zach Brown is still very immature and we are taking quite a risk here.
I would have a short leash on this kid. After all, his next incident will be his fourth. I hope Zach proves me wrong.

He's a lefty. Same with Lovett and Ponds, I believe. Who else? Three lefties on the floor at one time is pretty unusual. Just on that front could give opposing team fits.
will have enough lefties to make Bernie Sanders proudI really wanted French, but even a competent 7 footer gives you an advantage in most D1 games. This kid looks like he could be much more than that. From looking at just the tape he seems wayyy ahead of Moses Brown. Hopefully he gets his life in order and has a great senior year prior to joining our seemingly loaded team.
Lovett
Ponds
Clark
Yakwe
Brown
How many times has a team started 5 lefties before?
