A lot of fans but I'd say decent amount of sju fans. There was 1 section maybe students up top that were loud. Then again not much to cheer for 2nd half

I posted somewhere else how great it was to be in a packed arena for college basketball. Villanova now has a pretty large following, and their fans actually watch the games. The lines for concessions were so damned short it was easy to scoot out, get something to eat and be back in your seat within 5 minutes. Some people posted here that Nova fans are abrasive and obnoxious = I'm more than a little biased pro-Villanova, but I didn't experience any of that. I would guess from the smattering of red in the arena that their may have been 500 or so Johnny fans.

I was wearing head to toe sju and not 1 person bothered me.

My best friend is a nova fan and his dad and grandfather went to nova and they are season ticket holders. Great family and they let me go to games if they have an extra ticket, that's how I went to cuse game this year. but other than that my school is full of nova fans who have been giving me crap all week. My only response has been "did you see that dunk though?"

So I have a personal annoyance with nova because I'm living in their area I guess.

I am only a junior right now so I have a little more time to decide but leaning blue hens right now lol

We've been commenting about Lavin's personal appearance. Watching the MAAC championship game, I see where Massielo is sporting a beard. Not sure if I like it on him. Makes him look a little too scruffy, IMHO.

Given how that game went, if the Nova fans were mean to you it would've been like kicking a puppy. And Big East fans don't kick puppies. At least not anymore, now that the Syracuse and UConn fans are gone.
