Ellison hasn't hit a shot tonight and Mussini was 2/4 yet Ellison is on the floor
 
Missed fts have killed us year after year. But yes this is s young team making mistakes young teams make. What bothers me most is that Yakwe and Sima seem to have regressed.

Sima played better. Yakwe blocks shots but at this point does nothing else well. Going to be a lot of games like last 3 this year
 
Great coaching...at least we'll have 8 rested players.. And screw Ellison.. He sucks.. Who cares how great he looked this summer.. He's a 10th man on a team...
 
Did Ellison bring it into front court 3 times with out attempting to find an unguarded player and missed a shot.

You gotta find time for Mussini when we go so cold from the field at the end. He even got friendly roll on one of the 3's

Bad job not sticking him in there and his D wasn't bad tonight I thought
 
On the bright side, this loss puts us in the 930pm game tomorrow night. Another one i can watch live.

I agree that they seem to have regressed based on the first 4 games but actually thought both Sima and Yakwe played much better tonight (I know those two Yakwe missed Ft's hurt bad though). If LoVett plays okay, someone else steps up or we stop Williams getting to the basket down the stretch then we win.
 
He may be a great kid and improved over last year, butwhen you need points and already have LoVett and Ponds in the game, there are two other guards who have much more offensive capability.
I will never understand the fascination with Ellison.

I don't care about him brining it up once and a while but especially when we have them in foul trouble you gotta have Lovett or ponds rushing it up and catch them out of position

He is playing fine offensively but if you want to play him for longer stretches will have to play zone. He can't guard anyone. Like in the history of basketball. I agree Ellison is annoying but Mussini cause everyone to rotate because his guy goes right by him. Next year both guys won't play.

This is what this team is. They played 3 decent teams well. Just not good enough to win. Still need 3 guys to improve or 3 better players to come in. Anyone disappointed it is their own fault.
