Strange fact: they have played 6 OT games so far this season. They also have lost 4 BE games at home, all in OT Nova, Depaul, Gtown, Marq. So it may take us an extra 5 minutes of game time, but I'm expecting our 1st road win.

Really odd they are so bad at home.

Butler is very much undermanned. They're small, lost Roosevelt Jones for the year. However, they compete. They probably should not have even been in games with Villanova or Georgetown and lost to both late. They're what we should be. A tough out.

Agreed. We've been outhustled by every opponent except Fordham. Forget the record. I expect Butler to be a much tougher game than Seton Hall. They could whoop us good if don't start showing some pride in the 50/50. Haven't seen it at all this season except in flashes. That is prima dona nonsense not pride. You are either committed to it or not. These guys aren't. Obviously the reason our rebounding is so pathetic but I'd love to see some stats on loose balls. I'm thinking 10%.

and rebound differential. We're getting killed on boards for second shots. Love to know what the second chance points were for Seton Hall. Something to watch for the rest of the year.

Spot on Paul

They also fill up there arena and have a nice home crowd.A winnable game for us ,but it won't be easy.

They are going to be TOUGH next year when Roosevelt Jones comes back. I think they'd be top 3, definitely top 4 and a tournament team if they had Jones now. Several close losses, but their most talented players are a frosh and soph. That is expected.

They fade and get shot down late. We commit suicide late :)

The game is televised on FSN National. I'm not familiar with that station. Any idea what channel that is? I have FIOS. Many thanks

While we all be rooting and hoping for a win against Butler and Creighton there is no way that will happen based on the way the team is playing right now.

just not good enough to compete on the road with these schools. Creighton will smoke us by 15-20 and Butler will pull out a close one because of our continued inability to shoot and play 4 point shot defense.

Do you realize that for more than half the game we outscored seton hall 60-33? This was by far out most dominant run outside of the Fordham game, where everything went right. A lot of our parts played well, but foul trouble was the key to the lead dissipation.
