UCL Quarters

Yup and now they’re yours. Good luck
Trying to contain Bellingham, Rodrygo, Mbappe and Sid Vinicius will be near nigh impossible. Maybe Saka will be back but he will not be 100% and without a true CF, goals will be tough to come by.

They’re beatable but yeah, you need Saka back. Strong back 4 you have always helps. If you don’t score, you don’t win though, a tale as old as time. I think Champions League is wide open. There are like 4 or 5 teams that can win this this year.

Bayern just being Bayern right now.:(
The sad thing is I thought they were the better team. Had many glorious chances and couldn’t finish until the guy they don’t want anymore was in the right place as always. Inter scored both big chances they got and that was the match there. Still, with all the injuries, I do think Bayern has a legit chance. Guys like Kane and Sane have to score though. Not having Musiala is a killer.

May have been a PK according to VAR but Martinez doing 5 or 6 roll overs, acting like his ankle is broken and the trainer spraying that shit all over it is just embarrassing for the sport. As soon as it became a penalty, he was fine and I cannot stand that crap.

This has ruined soccer for me. When we played years ago would take 3 guys to get you down and the coach will pull you for falling.

There’s a lot of embarrassing things going on in this match, but god is it nice to watch this drama and not have a rooting interest for once.

Inter should be giving Sommer a bonus after that match but Yamal is something else. I hope he can maintain this throughout his career but to see a player his age with the kind of poise, pace, boot and dribbling skill he has is absolutely insane. Especially at the highest level of levels already. Sommer flat out robbed him twice and that’s not including the crosses and the fact Barca’s offense primarily flows through his right side of the pitch. They know it’s coming and he still makes it work anyway, that’s boss shit right there.

That match was up there with Spurs/Ajax, Pool/Barca and Real/Chelsea. I could do without the theatrics and whining but that was football at its finest and most dramatic.
