This pretty much explains why Pitino purged the Curbelo, Posh, Wusu and Jones roster. The chemistry was bad and, by comments made by Pitino, there was an issue with the culture. We certainly had the talent when you add Storr to the above group and it was enough to beat some good teams but not consistently.
Also explains the addition of three Iona kids and two seemingly very coachable players in Alleyne and Sean.
Now he needs to add a couple of complimentary front court players to Soriano and another guard with skills.

Really skilled dude. Could be one of the program changers we need to fill out the roster. Think of Hopkins impact on Providence last year!

He’d be our starting PF.
He didn’t start at Kentucky either. He could be a four here. He lost his father before or early in the season when he came to Kentucky to visit. He might want to go back home to Texas.

I think this should be retitled to transfer revolving door. I understand every major school has players in it except Duke and UCLA--I guess their pay rates are already satisfying their players.
Agreed. Also the year he and Bryce were both frosh they have very similar stats. Collins shooting %s were better but he seems to be exclusively an inside player, only taken 1 3 in his career. His numbers were down as a soph in %. Kentucky is a crowded roster. That said no indication that he's a possibility yet.

Exactly! Nobody going to pick up Curbelo, Jones may have a chance. Nobody has picked up Posh, which is probably why the rumors of him returning are out there. If he was that great he would of been committeed already. Maybe there is more out there that we DONT KNOW. All we know is Posh was offered to come back and he declined. Would love to see him back, rumor mill based off his one tweet about missing it .
