My guy
For someone who played only 13 mins a game, Tobe put up some numbers....
My guy
Scott is a 6’6 string bean not a PF unless you genuflect at the alter of Marillac.I didn’t think of it that way as I don’t see Awake being a PF at all. Agree PF is a question mark right now but guys like Aaron Scott would fit for that position plus the potential Ledlum waiver so there are some irons in the fire at least
My son DJ Burns will be on "Skins" TYVM“Shirts & Skins”
PF is his positionScott is a 6’6 string bean not a PF unless you genuflect at the alter of Marillac.
I am tired of being undersized at the 4 and/or 5. Plenty of good options out there that also have the size and length.PF is his position
Fair. He’s not huge but he’s a 4. Take a look at all the starting “4s” in the BE.I am tired of being undersized at the 4 and/or 5. Plenty of good options out there that also have the size and length.
Mark Mitchell of Duke listed at 6'9" and 232 lbs. Two years of eligibility.I am tired of being undersized at the 4 and/or 5. Plenty of good options out there that also have the size and length.
I get it mase, but we are so conditioned to being undersized that our fan base longs for an undersized lunch pail guy like Ty Grant. Unfortunately, Ty Grant is one of the few undersized guys that succeeded. I know people will rattle off a dozen names now, but wouldn't it be nice to not rely on finding an undersized diamond and just find a guy that's 6'9 (legitimately) and can play?Fair. I just don’t think there are many 6’9 old school, actual bigs, who play alongside another post player. Generally those guys play the “5” in todays game.I get it mase, but we are so conditioned to being undersized that our fan base longs for an undersized lunch pail guy like Ty Grant. All this does is delete the previous second transfer and sit out one year rule that is still on their books but they had to suspend because of the court ruling that prevented them from enforcing it and making it an official rule.???
Source: NCAA weighs change to transfer eligibility
The NCAA could adopt emergency legislation this month for a new transfer rule that would allow all undergraduate athletes to transfer and play immediately if they meet specific academic requirements, a source confirmed to ESPN.www.espn.com
"The proposed legislation, which was first reported by The Athletic, would not limit the number of times an athlete can transfer. Athletes would still have two transfer windows and wouldn't be able to transfer midyear and play for a second school in the same season."
I think this is just a formality and nothing new.
My bad, I misread and misspoke, dk43 posted correctly above, just forMali zing what we already knew. MY BAD!!!!
Just cause you might be wrong right now, not confident you’ll be wrong in due time.
Completely agree Amase. I think we are more like minded on this than the back and forth may seemI just don’t think there are many 6’9 old school, actual bigs, who play alongside another post player. Generally those guys play the “5” in todays game.
Guy like Caraban is ideal as he’s legit 6’8/6’9 but has the skills to benefit playing alongside a post guy.
Screams Marquette to me
Big loss for Seton Hall. Will not be the last.
For sure. This Davis is a great get for whoever can land him. His brother went to ND so maybe there is a Midwest connection of some sort. He was as much responsible for the Hall’s success this year as Richmond IMO.Like this Davis more than the Butler Davis.
Yup, 3 or 4 of his ISU roommates will do likewise it seems
