Tip Off

Do I have to watch that video or will one of our posters give an player by player assessment in return for a $19.99 commitment to Red Storm Marketing or whatever the NIL thing is called. ;)
I think I’ve watched the tip off scrimmage for over ten years straight. This was in my opinion the one to take least from. None of them incorporate defense, but this was a whole new level. This was 5-0 on both ends.

Could see guys like Storr’s athleticism on display (as a runner and a jumper it is best on team) but there was nothing to take away basketball wise. I think wusu and Stanley each had 4 dunks. Jones took three 3’s from 28 feet on 3 straight possessions. Curbelo didn’t play. No one got hurt.

The last sentence is the only one that truly matters.

not sure if just missed it or made an assumption that this was an exclusively student thing. While the format is geared to students (and should be), should probably market to season ticket holders until student engagement gets to the necessary level.

I watched the YouTube broadcast and saw that our guys are very athletic (albeit in a layup and drunk fest). Was there any entertainment that would attract the students?
Season ticket holders were invited, tickets were sent digitally via cellphone

As long as the team's play is better then the night's music, it could be an interesting season. Ah yes, I do miss that Motown and Classic Rock sound, music that actually required instruments and a good singing voice. :)
