Yes. Stub Hub insists that it has information that shows the game was "cancelled." Obviously, they are wrong. I have explained that, contrary to being cancelled, the game was moved from campus to MSG because of INCREASED demand. I even sent them info (e.g., copies of ESPN and Vivid Seats listings) showing that the game is very much moving forward. I am a class action attorney, and I believe that their actions could result in very real legal exposure.

It initially worked for me too. A couple of hours after the transaction went through, however, StubHub sent an email to me saying that the event was "cancelled" (and they voided the transaction). I've had subsequent communications with StubHub who have doubled-down that the event is cancelled. Very frustrating.

Ah ok understood. Never read that experience before. Wonder if a glitch as a result of the venue change.
