Cam Mack has entered the portal.

So really, who didn't see this one coming?

Shouldn't he be in the pros by now?  Is his mother still picking fights with people on twitter?

Talk about dodging a bullet.

He was tied for second in the NCAA this year with 7.7 assists per game.
Yes, after committing to St. John’s, decommitting, committing to Nebraska in the Big 10, having a decent season yet being suspended at the end of the year, declaring for the draft, dropping out of the draft, transferring to Prairie View A&M in the  SWAC and now transferring again.

Dodged a bullet.

Still surprised by this one.
Me too.  If I was a Georgetown fan I would be losing my mind on this one.

There's only 2 possibilities here.... 1.  He seen Mutombo coming in and didn't believe in the long run he could beat him out, or 2. People got in his head and told him he should have been playing more and he'd be better off at another school.

Rumors around cuse are possible exits for 2 NYC kids who would look good at sju. Griffin and Richmond.

A third possibility is that Ewing really does have a problem coaching college kids.  I gave him a pass on the previous transfers since they were all either disciplinary problems who were invited to leave the school or seemingly resistant to coaching.  But for Wahab to leave for schools that are not clearly superior really starts to make you wonder whether Ewing's coaching style does not mesh with kids today.  It wouldn't be shocking if his "discipline, toughness and hard work" approach is not appealing to them.

Though if that's the case I don't know why West Virginia would be on the list.

Florida sophomore PF Omar Payne has entered the transfer portal, source tells @247Sports.

Averaged 3.8 points, 3.2 rebounds and 0.4 assists this season. Former Top 50 prospect. || @247SportsPortal

If true, yes please on Richmond who played both guard spots at the Cuse and who we targeted out of High School.  Not sure however with Smith already onboard, if he would want to come here with a crowded backcourt of Posh, GWIII and Smith.

Griffin doesn't surprise me as he seemed to be at odds with Jimbo throughout the season.  Would be intriguing if Julian doesn't come back, but Griffin will have made his choice long before we know Julian's.

1 Kid from Syracuse who won’t enter the Portal is Buddy Boeheim .  Buddy showed in the tourney that he’s a legit player , not just Jim’s son ...

With 1000 kids in the portal already, will we see a second wave as kids seeing playing time diminish by an incoming transfer immediately bail?

Like it or not, kids playing d1 basketball are just guys going to a school to play ball, and few are actually immersed in student life.  They will leave at the drop of a hat for a better playing opportunity.    Many are on their 3rd school in 3 years.

As Seinfeld said, we are really rooting for uniforms.

Was good before the tournament. As for not entering the portal not so sure about that, heard he's not happy that his coach has been screwing around with his mother.

It’s official on Richmond and I couldn’t agree more. Fits the system and him and posh are close. Stud

”Jeff goodman:
UNLV junior guard David Jenkins in the transfer portal, the portal also told me.

Jenkins averaged 14.8 points this past season. Transferred to UNLV from South Dakota State - where he put up 19.7 points.”

3 point sniper over his 3 years so far. 6’2 guard. I’m sure las vegan can tell us more.

He had a mediocre year at UNLV , although had to play out of position after point was injured. He came in with the reputation as one of the best three point shooters in country, so was a disappointment in that respect. He  followed Otzelberger to UNLV, so the guess is that he'll follow him to Iowa State.
He is the sixth or seventh portal traveler thus far. Madness

Won't surprise me if this kid winds up at Xavier if he doesn't go home to Minnesota.
