To be clear, I am rooting for Marquette. Unlike some people I uniformly root for our conference and against our enemies.
It is true that I like Colorado but they have made it tough for me since I had to root for O'Mar against them and now I have to root for Marquette. Not in front of a TV yet but I expect it to be a competitive game

Humor aside, Colorado are competing but M’Q guards are on quite a roll spreading court and penetrating at will.

They can all play. Kolek and Jones are two of the best in the country. Then you add Joplin who's a walking bucket. This is before you get to Stevie Mitchell who is the definition of an LMF player. And Oso is unique. Maybe even Shaka Smart can't screw this up!
kam Jones didn’t play that well in the two games against us this year. I definitely underrated him as a result. He’s been incredible in their two tournament games. There were some moments in the WKU game where it looked shaky for Marquette, but he wasn’t going to let them lose

I actually think the two teams that can go toe toe & maybe win v UConn are ISU and this healthy M’Q team.
He carried them against Providence in BET also. He had 17ppg this year anyway, but maybe Kolek sitting towards the end of the season unlocked a new gear in him.
