Unfortunately we need to be nearly flawless in making the short jumpers, layups, and foul shots to have a shot at winning, They work so hard that it just makes an average outcome on those opportunities seem more damaging.

 We need to take it to the rim with penetration like Harrison did in the 1st half early and try and get Melo his 3rd foul. This will allow us to get to the rim easier and also open up some looks for Harrison from 3.

the thing with that is harrison has 2 fouls and he could pick up a quick 3rd on a charging call which he is apt to do when he lowers his shoulder. but since we dont have many scoring options i guess its a plan

I know they are both freshmen, but I'm amazed at how bad Pointer and Garrett are at shooting the basketball. I mean, they truly provide zero range on the floor.
