Sunday N.Y. Daily News / For SJU, It's Glory Daze
Havent been on here since the hiring! That being said I predict we dance this year and shock some people! Heron will be first team all big east! Monster season for him
Last season ponds was the impediment for Heron to be the man. This year he will get a ton of looks and offense will flow thru him. He will be the man and should average 17-21 ppg. If he is efficient as a shooter we may surprise some
What to say? Article's a generic overview of the changing hoops scene in NYC and the dramatic decline in NY-born talent playing and staying in NYC high schools.
True, but the piece ignores any difference an experienced, winning, hardworking coach and a dedicated staff with roots in other regions and JUCO can accomplish despite the changing landscape.
I'm hopeful CMA & Staff will make a difference.
We shall see.
Anderson and his staff already have made a much bigger difference & have done EVERYTHING that fraud Mullin said he was going to do but never did. And it only took six months. Instead Mullin sent gnome A around the world and he basically came back with nothing. Masterful recruiting strategy..lol.. Thank God those bunch of lazy bums are long gone!

Fraud, gnome A, lazy bums. Was that really needed, I truly think not. Matt and Greg were anything but lazy bums. As for Mullin and Mitch there is no reason to discuss them, especially as they both recently suffered terrible tragedies.
We have a really good staff in place where all four members are on the road, in the gym and in all the local gyms. They are doing everything they should be doing and g d willing willl meet with a great deal of success. Can’t we all look forward as opposed to in our rear view mirror?

Yes,let’s not talk and compare staffs we know what we had and we know what we got a hard working staff that is doing the right thing to bring our program back

I deal in FACTS and the TRUTH.

I was being nice compared to just how lazy that last group of supposed coaches was. Sorry for actually speaking the truth. They were terrible and that is being complimentary. What is this Facebook now?
