Summer get together with Matt / JohnniesPride Tweet

FWIW, Liz Mullin (Chris's wife) posted on twitter that she thinks it's a great idea and wants to attend....
Mullins wife through a member here last season said she wants to come to 114 during a MSG game ( no joke ) next season. ( she could rank as a 114 favorite reaching Marvin Clark Status and Amar soon ) From the person that told me this she sounds like a really nice person. Like I said before if this happens I'm in and people who go better be nice and not nuts like we all get. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
Major kudos to Matt for offering this up. Could be a great thing for ongoing and down-the-road relations between the Staff and this Board.
But, it’s got to be handled right, like be on good behavior, be respectful, ask solid questions, and remember that we’re all on the same team.
Why the hell should our staff be concerned about their relationship with this board? This is a fan forum...no more, and no less.
More than that, but a moot point now, so have a great day as a fan!

Fans ‘vote’. We buy tickets, merchandise, food/drinks, donate to the University and its programs, create excitement for the St. John’s and its teams, et al.
That becomes ‘leverage’ on what happens within the University, including its sports teams, and extends to at least ‘some’ influence on how University’s sports teams are structured and coached.
But since this event has been cancelled, dumb to debate it.

Weird that someone said the AD wasn't happy...if they mean Goff, that's surprising because he seems to really let his guard down among fans. Maybe too much in fact from what I've seen.

Chris ;s wife Liz Connolly played on my womens varsity soccer team At St Johns . she was a very agressive forwrard with a very strong shot .

Terrible photo. Objectifies women. Do you have any others which we can critique?

I’m not sure what the photos and commentary are all about AND I wonder what the moderators make of how this topic has progressed - there is a time and place for sensuality, absolutelty, but on this site? With this skewed portrayal of women?
Not such a great idea.

Nah, ever since the fan get together with Matt was canceled I wanted to ease the disappointment by giving the fans some fannies to ponder.

You must know General that the Top Brass, in most recent wars, encouraged their troops ‘mingle with’ local women to boost ‘morale’ if not morals.
In fact, the French airlifted two ‘Mobile Field’ brothels into Dienbienphu. Sadly, I don’t think that worked out too well, but can’t blame them for the gestures.
