One sliver lining to Arizona State game. State has been playing with a 7 man rotation. An article on their last game says that will change when a junior transfer becomes eligible for the Kansas game (right after us) and highly recruited freshman forward Kamani Lawrence returns from a fractured foot around Christmas. We will miss both of them. It hasn't stopped ASU from going undefeated to date, but at least for once we will be playing a team that is thin like us from a depth perspective. Every little edge helps; fingers crossed that Lovett is able to play for us.
 
Great! Hope he's healed and we're not rushing him...out of desperation! Obviously not. Staff wouldn't risk that. Being my neurotic self. Would be awesome to beat ASU on the West Coast. Would impress recruits out there and validate this trip.
 
I wonder if the fires in SoCal will impact the travel plans and/or the game?

UCLA has canceled their home game tonight because of wildfires, so this is something worth watching the next couple of days.

I know that Los Angeles is very big geographically, but I don't know how close the fires are to the arena (the arena is in downtown LA, I believe).
 
Conditions will be bad and the winds over the next couple of days will likely make things worse. This graphic is from yesterday, but tells the story.
 
I see PAC 12 Network as the TV coverage....will we be able to watch that on the East coast?

I believe you can listen to the game over the internet for free with the Tunein Radio app.

Hit "Sports" on menu, then Hit "College Basketball"and the game should be listed ..... well, at lest all previous games have been aired over Tunein.

Cloudy with a chance of meatballs. Sorry General, couldn't resist. Doubt they would be flying him out there if there wasn't the expectation he could play barring any unfortunate setback.

joe lunardi doesn't even have us sniffing the NCAA tourney in his latest pool. Lets put all these big mouth doubters to shame! Take it to them friday night please! One game at a time. Stay Hungry!!! Go johnnies!!! LoVett will be there and light it up, trust me.
