And why would we redshirt God's Gift? Do we really believe we would have enough rebounding without G.G. We need him off the bench, especially if our big boys get in foul trouble.

Frontcourt right now is Obekpa, Sanchez, Karr, Jones. Gift would be 5th there. We also know that Amir can spell some time at a 4. Instead of losing Sanchez AND Gift in one fell swoop next year stagger it and have him come back.

 This is somewhat off-topic, but did they have any giveaway for season ticket holders at the game Saturday?
Maybe I was oblivious, but I didn't see it.

Was hoping for a good gift again like the Mullin jersey from last season. Anybody know?

I didn't see anything. Then again I'm a season ticket holder with tons of ties to the school and I've never ever got any formal notification about their giveaway every year. I'm usually stumbling upon on thru someone else or something.

Why is it so hard to just send the gifts? Instead of making ppl come up to a table and get it.

That being said since the University was closed all week and there weren't many admin there on Sat still due to the storm I doubt it.

I saw students with shirts at the game and when I asked them where they got them they told me it was if you got season tickets. Idk if that was only for student season ticket holders or everyone though.
 
I was told at the gift table that the gifts were for student season ticket holders and that the giveaway for regular season ticket holders would be before the next game or later. 
 
 Very cool to see them taking SJ gear home...really makes you proud that SJ is respected that much. The SSU coach is very classy, and seems very grateful for the experience. Sometimes I forget where we are in the grand scheme of things...it makes the school seem like celebrity status almost with them taking SJ things home for their families. Very cool and good luck to SSU.
 
Coach does seem like a very classy guy. I'm glad for them that they played well and came away feeling proud of their effort. Hopefully, they have a wonderful season.
