Goes both ways though. Most 3s gotta be able to switch onto 4s at the next level. Look at Josh Hart for example.

His style is, but not the idea that he's someone who you can have guard 2 through 4. So much of the NBA is just pick and roll, and finding a disadvantage on defense. I frankly find it monotonous. STJ's style and having Watkins be a hybrid/positionless wing can help us.
But most of these kids (and their advisors) w inflated sense of abilities unfortunately want to hear that imo.

not even close to the same concept, internships and entry level jobs are generally speaking not the same teaming arrangements where the success of the whole is contingent on everyone's adherence to the "no I in team" narrative/ internships and entry level jobs are by their very nature primarily learning, experience gaining positions.
