Ledlum was unreal on the offensive glass, but he was a below average rebounder on defense.

Our guards this year will out-rebound just about everyone we face, so that should help mitigate what happens in the front court.

I think below average is a stretch. And for what it’s worth, he was a (far) better defensive rebounder than Zuby.

Zuby was an unreal offensive rebounder last year, but below average on the D glass.

Luis as a rebounder is being undersold a bit IMO.

Because I want Watkins and we haven’t been linked to anyone else lately of Watkins talent.

I can't stop thinking that the successful programs going forward will be those with coaches that are able to cobble together high talent free-agent based teams year after year that can quickly mesh despite the high turnover. This will likely make some past successful guys less so, and others adapting better.

Disagree. Last year Ledlum and Soriano led the team in rebounding. We have not replaced that as of yet and if the team’s long range shooting is a bit suspect we better have superior rebounding.
