That part I really don’t get because you have to be progressing towards a degree and have maintained eligibility by meeting academic standards ( full time student maintaining a 2.0 GPA) whether you are a transfer or not in order to be eligible to play. That is like rule one.
Someone mentioned how rare it is to hear someone has been declared academically ineligible now. That is due to several reasons. With mandatory study halls and tutors, there is more academic support. Of course you also there is still the old “wink, wink” and fraud around somewhere. And finally, you hear about
