As per Mel he's been gone for a while and did not do any work at Red/White this entire season.

From what I can determine, Mel's parting was not his decision.

I don't believe either Mel nor Schaeffer possess any experience necessary to be AD.

Our entire Athletic Department lacks mojo IMO.

I did not vote. I have no idea what the AD does or how he runs the athletic dept as a whole.

You have a great coach in Mullin and a lot of positive things to look forward to with bb program. How about bring in an athletic director who gets things done and will work with Mullin. Someone you can respect and does the right thing !!
