It's just the way fans react when a player leaves voluntarily for a local rival, money or no money. Don't expect Yankee fans will greet Soto with cheers when he returns to the Bronx (other than maybe Bronx cheers). Natural part of sports.

As long as its nothing malicious, it's all in good fun/part of what makes sports compelling.

Yankee fans should cheer him as he stands on first after walking. Gonna walk 280 times this year hit 30 homers and drive in 50.
 
Winning on road is important on many levels; team confidence, standings, etc. Grab the SH win and SJ would be 3-1 away in Big East. Of course the schedule gets tougher in February, but this is progress to build upon.
 
Interestingly, looking at EvanMiya.com Kadary has been our second most productive player after Deivon, and has been our best defender; he is second in steals and Turnovers. And Prey has been the least by a big margin. Only Glover is below average in defense (by a tiny margin).make of this what you will.

Also our top five lineup is ranked fifth in the country, so our bench is killing us

If I remember correctly, that was 2014 and Rysheed Jordan made a sick bounce pass to Obekpa in the paint who was fouled and hit one of the FT for the win.
