I know my tickets are available on the myjohnnies account electronically, but have not received paper tickets yet. Also not even sure I was billed the right amount but will check.

Back to the unflattering Met comparison. Both give you the electronic option but I always have Met paper tickets before the season starts.

My wife called today for my paid in full tickets and was told they haven’t been sent yet.Thats no way to run a business.The first game is tomorrow.Was told to pick them up at will call booth.

What's the big deal, you will enjoy standing out in the rain. Thank the update to CA some years ago when they converted an indoor ticket booth into an outdoor one for a winter sport in the great Northeast. Nuff said.

They will probably install outdoor metal detectors for the line as well.

That, IMO, was a case of pick your poison. The lobby of CA, which is small to begin with, was very tough to navigate when the ticket office was there. It was darn near impossible to get through, when the place was sold out.

In the day and age of smartphones, is there even a need for paper tickets? Just scan from your phone no?
 
My father called the office today on my behalf, and got through. He was told that my tickets were yet to be sent, and that they were going to be overnighted today. I'm not going to be at the location I told them to send the tickets to, tomorrow. Fortunately, my father talked to them, before they were actually sent out. I'll just pick them up at will call, tomorrow.

Now we figured out why they raised prices.

So they can overnight the tickets the day before the first game!

Well that's supposed to be the idea of refurbishing an arena-to improve the amenities, in this case increasing the space for the ticket office. Of course you have to be willing to spend more than $5.

You definitely had to upgrade if you wanted to get quality pictures of you and the crew at halftime of MSG games!
