If you read the article it stated that Jakarr struggled on his first 25 3point attempts.
He then went on to hit 18 of 25 including 9 of 10 from 3.
It's an NBA scout tape to pass on and hopefully get him some private workouts from teams.
If Jakarr went on Twitter and said he just hit 18 out of 25 3s and went 9/10, who here would believe him or think he was talking about his Playstation 4?

Can't remember any stretches of 9 out of 10 free throws.
He shoots it as a two handed set shot. Nothing wrong if you make it. At one time everyone shot like that. I do mean 60 years ago ... just saying.
Obviously we know the video was edited to show the highlights, but I have to laugh at the part where he hit 5 three pointers in a row. I mean c'mon. Did he even hit 5 three pointers total while at St. John's????

1 for 13 in his STJ career (at a shorter distance but in game situations).
Another forward declared today that will be ranked higher than Karr, fellow Brewster player Mitch McGary tested positive for marijuana so he bolted for the draft facing a one year suspension in college.

McGary's "situation" is all over the sports talk show stations on Sirius XM this morning
What a joke!!
The kid's not even playing in the tournament and he gets drug tested
NCAA is modifying the penalty for the future but it won't help McGary right now
He gets a 1 year suspension from the NCAA and, in essence, is being forced to leave school
Here's a kid that was a borderline lottery pick after his freshman year and probably a late first/early second round pick now
Moral of the story - if you're a lottery pick or a certain first rounder - LEAVE ASAP!!
By the way, I also heard an interesting stat - 35% of all underclassmen that have declared in the past did not get drafted at all
I wonder if Jakarr Sampson knew that before he declared for the draft?

Interesting quote from this article about McGary. Not saying it applies to Jakarr, but could explain the head-scratching decisions of some kids declaring:
"The Chesterton, Ind., native could've just turned pro and not mentioned the failed drug test publicly or privately. It stands to reason other players have done just that."

This is why I have trouble with posters on this board. If you are not saying it has anything to do with Jakarr, why even mention Jakarr's name when talking about someone who failed a drug test. It is totally nonsensical and disrespectful.

It is the exact opposite of being nonsensical and disrespectful. I mentioned it because this discussion about McGary was brought up (by someone else, not me) under a thread that is specifically named for Sampson. As such, I wanted to make clear that I was not referring to Sampson. In fact, I have been very vocal in this thread and others about my admiration for Sampson.
