Robbins in Today's Post: SJU Tarnishing its Brand

Serial letter writers to publications are among the freakiest people you could ever meet.

Serial posters of fan websites, who are also moderators are among the freakiest people you could ever meet as well.

Oh wait, never mind. ;)

Might be the dumbest article ever written. Wouldn't the Notre Dame Brand taken more of a hit than the SJU brand? The ND kid instigated the fight and lets not forget the whole Te'o fake girlfriend issue. Why not a story on SU brand taking a hit with academic ineligible players and pedophiles running the team. Lenn certainly went out of his way to take a cheap shot. You wonder if maybe Lavin pissed him off somehow.

I thought this response from Robbins might be of interest to some readers. I emailed Robbins after reading his degrading article never thinking he would respond. Apparently he doesn't read carefully but I thought his response shows he might realize he is perceived as biased let alone knows he should not have even written the article. the the way he did.

Mr Robbins

IF YOU READ MY EMAIL CORRECTLY I AM STATING THAT YOU ARE NOT BIASED IN MY VIEW AND WANT ST JOHNS TO SUCCEED . MANY OTHER ST JOHNS FANS I HAVE TALKED TO FEEL YOU ARE BIASED IS WHAT I SAID.

Unlike other St. Johns fans who clearly feel you are biased against St Johns I disagree and feel you as well as the diehards want success to come back to their basketball program. I would hope as a writer you can accept corrective criticism as well as plaudits from your readers.
