A list of players who played AAU ball for the Riverside Church Hawk's and went on to play at St. John's (feel free to add any I missed):There were so many great Riverside Hawks at St. John's in the 1980's and 1990's it was like the Hawks were the freshman team for SJU.
Wont matter he fits like a ......I’m not familiar with all the credentials that Glover possess so excuse my lack of knowledge , is Glover a SG or PG ?

I think hes more likely a 3 in college. He’s got great size and there’s an abundance of 6’0 - 6’4 guards in college who can handle and live in the lane.I’m not familiar with all the credentials that Glover possess so excuse my lack of knowledge , is Glover a SG or PG ?

If the Glove can fit he mustn’t sitReally incredible length and could add a few more inches
I'm getting to you! In a perfect lineup you have Wilcher and another combo 1-2 with Glover at the three. You could build that ball-handling and shooting in the aggregate too with Glover at the 2 and Dunlap/Luis/Taylor at the 3 and 4 spots like Uconn did this past year. The Greek kid eventually as well.I think hes more likely a 3 in college. He’s got great size and there’s an abundance of 6’0 - 6’4 guards in college who can handle and live in the lane.
You’re coming around! I don’t see the ball handling and ability to get in lane that I think 1 & 2s need. I was saying the same all year about Storr and how SF made a hundred times more sense than 2 guard. Everything I see from glover tells me the wing makes the most sense. I’d be more inclined to play him at the 4 than the 2 personally.I'm getting to you! In a perfect lineup you have Wilcher and another combo 1-2 with Glover at the three. I'm not usually a fan of tall players at the 2 in college, but Glover passes the eye test for me. Maybe not as a freshman.
Agreed. We have 6 players leaving after this year (not including any outgoing transfers). Technically, that leaves at least 5 open roster spots since we have 14 players this year. But with non-scholarship/NIL players now a thing, CRP has lots of flexibility. One thing I learned this summer is that in this new world, we don't have to care about the scholarship limit anymore. If CRP sees an opportunity to improve the team, he'll jump on it.

Doesn’t mean you can’t get creative like you said and play 3 wings at the 2-4 and be successful or have forwards with better ball handling ability chip in.
