PTI on Pitino and St. John's

If Pitino becomes Coach , does Soriano come back ? Storr ? King ? As of now , I’m only 50/50 that Posh is salvageable . I wish I could be more optimistic about him but, truthfully he’s not had a good season . The rest of the Roster can leave . Stanley might be worth saving too . Let’s face it . This is a awful Coached team and it’s a wonder CMA ever won as many games as he did elsewhere . He must have had All American players who didn’t need Coaching .

If Pitino is the coach, a lot of players will decide to stay, or be replaced by better ones.

Have a feeling Soriano would come back if the NIL money is right.

As I said previously, if we can get Soriano to come back, and we have a starting 5 of Posh, Jones, Storr, Gardner and Soriano. With a bench of King, Wusu, Pinzon, Stanley and Lededborg. A quality coach can make the tournament with that roster. Add Reede also.

None of that screams Pitino to me.

Soriano is graduating. Don't think he is coming back
