Working on getting her to come to Providence on Saturday - I think that will be a winning case. She's become a big fan (of the team, at least).

I'm bringing Mrs. A, and OG Mrs. A if we win Thursday. They help me stay grounded and out of trouble. Plus, they're both huge fans in their own right.

If anyone is staying at the Marriott Courtyard you are literally 100 steps from the brewery. Just an fyi the brewery you can’t see from the street on exchange place it’s down the stairs across from the park

BJ married really, really well, except for the fact that (1) she grew up in a non-sports home and (2) that she has not adopted her 2x alma mater's sports teams, nor her husband of 46 years' enthusiasm and super fandom about the Johnnies. Politely declined my trip to The Renaissance City.

But Mrs. BJ nicely tolerates it and me and roots for them to win (for me). She went to museums, and concerts instead of sporting events growing up. Except for one long rain-delayed Mets game as a 10 year old girl with zero interest in the game.

You and I are in the same boat. We have to take the non-sports enthusiasm with all the important good stuff. My wife is also pretty indifferent to basketball, humors me by going to games in NY when we are visiting our daughters but Providence was a bridge way too far.
On the plus side we do share a love for tennis and have been to Wimbledon & the Open together and looking to get to the French in the next couple of years.

Yes, it's Mom. Imagine a guy out there that could bring his first and 2nd wife to the game together? That would be amazing.

Watching a game with Mom is almost as fun as watching with the 114 crew. Except with much less drinking. Her favorite player is Ejiofor. Whenever he makes a good play, which is often, she goes; "That's my Zuby." Her 2nd favorite is Sim. She says; "He's so cute."
