And apparently so do some "refs"

Yeah, and he's garbage. Guarantee, next year he'll probably get 10-15minutes off the bench.
Sense not here
Hope you're right.
Wishing that a kid leaves is lame. Until today, I never heard a bad word about Keita’s attitude. Quite the opposite. Have you?
Have to agree. Really dont see him as a valuable BE starter. But, he could be helpful off the bench. Seems to play good D and seems to have good attitude.

All the other fan bases in the big east think we are the thugs
On the court/style of play we are a low foul team with very little physicality and very rarely any unsporting conduct. The Obekpa thing was probably the worst I ever saw by a St. John's player in terms of overall bad play and not to mention just plain stupid. There was also a Reggie Jessie nut shot but these things pretty rare. In the old days G'town spent the entire game elbowing and punching opponents in the gut. Pitt had some seriously dirty teams in the 80s but Gtown got away with a lot more.
As someone who pokes around opposing fan boards before games, a lot of people hated the dangelo Harrison teams. There was the time Sir Dom punched someone at a Notre Dame game. The Obekpa elbow at butler was rough. We got into it with Xavier and Prov.

It was unfair. Outside of maybe Obekpa, those were a good group of guys. A lot of people saw the Harrison tats and the shaved eyebrows and assumed some things about him. But post-suspension he was a passionate leader who didn’t disrespect opponents

This is true per fans of other Big East schools. I thought it was also unfair and silly. Oh, well!

By the way, if we win today and Georgetown loses, then we'll play Xavier again next Thursday. If we win today, and Georgetown wins, then we'd play G'town next Thursday.

Even if we lose @ X, if Marquette and Creighton win, we'll be play at 9:30 as the #6 seed
We'd play SHU since they'd be the #3 seed.
I guess it depends on the Marq-G-Town game, then we could want sju to lose or we'll need to win.

Root for the win. Need to lock down an NCAA Tournament bid. Some are saying that is already done, but one more would make me feel a whole lot better about things.

Comforting :)

Be careful.... This could be the (jinx) pic where he tweaks something.

Don't know them, opinion?
Officials for Xavier/SJU: Brian O'Connell, Jeff Clark, Earl Walton
when we start looking at officials before the game you know they've sucked this year :)

I finally feel like I’m not biased watching this Georgetown Marquette game, and my opinion is still that big east refs are awful. It’s the referee show down the stretch once again - just shameful.

Well G-Town did what they had to do.
Can SJU man the blank up and do what they have to do, or will they fall on their asses like a bunch of chump, lets see.
If we lose, I won't be watching wednesday night, cause I just won't care.
