Some serious shots were take at the staff in the game thread, anyone want to apologize or walk them back now?
 
I tell you what, Jay Wright better be thankful he’s not the coach of St John’s tonight. They’d be packing his bags for him.
 
Dead horse too: the more the season goes on, the more that Seton Hall robbery pisses me off. There should be a goddamned asterisk next to both our records.

Figueroa played one of the best 20-minute stretches of anyone I’ve ever seen at St. John’s in the second half. Wow. When I say he was the best player on the floor I mean it wasn’t even close.

I don’t know if what I posted would be considered a shot, but when you have a guy as hot as Figueroa, he HAS to get the ball every possession. Whoever else is taking a shot, especially a bad one, needs to hear so.

He was awesome and I love the guy but he did throw up several ugly shots too.
 
Fantastic win, great second half. Showed we can compete even when Shamorie has a quiet game. Figgy was huge. Consensus is we are dancing as long as we don't go into a tailspin. 3-4 against Nova and Marquette. We owe Providence a little payback.

I don’t think this can be considered a turning point this far into the season but this should be a real eye opener for everyone.

You guys can win any game. You guys can also lose any game. Bring it like you did the last 15 minutes the rest of the season. Please.
 
Great comeback, it doesn't make up for the 3 homes losses to DePaul, Gtown, and PC but it sure takes the sting away.
Payback is biatch, blow 15 point lead @ Nova, then comeback from 19 down against them @ MSG.
How sweet it is.

Whenever we do bad, it’s the staff. Whenever we do well, it’s the players. That’s just childish.

Wright failed to make any adjustments in the second half.
