At least Fun must be enjoying the coaching clinic going on out there. It's all luck, their shots just happen to go in where as ours just happen to miss. You know if you view this game as a comedy it is actually pretty entertaining.
 
Until we learn to play defense and understand how hard you have to work on defense and that good defense creates good offense this will be a common occurrence.

Any chance Matt A stays if Mullin goes? That is the only chance of the next 5 years not being a complete disaster.
 
I wish Mullin would consider a 1-2-2 three quarters court press similar to what Villanova utilizes.

Wright has been quoted several times as saying that his press is not intended so much to cause the turn over but rather is intended to slow down and pester the opponent from their comfort zone.

Excellent idea. Please send the coach an email. Perhaps he will take note. Any other tips for this clueless staff are also appreciated.

How many more years do I have to watch CM "coach" this team? 2 more? 4 more?

This is a joke. Not only is he clueless out there, but the guy has surrounded himself with yes men who don't know how to coach either. Sure, SL had major flaws. Too many to list. But at least he knew enough to hire guys like Dunlap and Whitesell.
 
a few minor adjustments during the half and coach mullin will have this team clicking on all cylinders in the second half.
 
never seen a softer team - ever. Defense is pride. No pride here. Not one single, hard nosed defender on this team.
 
Most everyone overestimated the talent, especially in frontcourt. And it certainly appears Chris Mullin may be in over his head at this point.

Well we know that our guards are going to be hear until their Sr yr Mullin who could hit foul shot can seem to teach it

So i will say it again who are we going to be able to beat in Big east seems like no one. Clock starting to run on this coaching staff I will not go back on what I said give them until the end on next yr Do not want to hear we are young.You do not have to be older to shot foul shots Seems our guards can not handle big East guards Can blame poster to not want watch until the end of the game. Matt better start recruiting better players or he will be out of a job Still do not know what Richmond does??

LOL. W Lovett returning I was looking forward to this game. My bubble is burst . This team sucks and my expectations are a last place BE finish. I am a glutan for punishment and will still watch it he 2nd half.
