NY Rangers Playoffs

Think it's safe to say that with under 5minutes and with a 4 goal lead that the Rangers have this. Great to see Henrik looking like the king once again.

Won't say must win for every game, but with game 5 @ MSG, it's damn sure the closest thing to a must win

LET GO RANGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH YEAH AND POTVIN STILL SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Huge relief. Now gotta take the home ice advantage back and put up another W

Yep, we needed atleast 1 win @ TB to grab home ice back, and we got it. Henrik saved 38 of 39 shots, bet ya he was embarrassed with games 2 and 3, and said to himself that it's time to shut these little sob's down.
I don't want a game 7 but if there is then I'll take it, everyone that follows hockey knows about Lundqvist and game 7's with that 973 save %. Chris you'll say that they'll be tired, but no they won't.
Game 7 would be Friday, and the Stanley Cup finals don't start till the following Wednesday.

I thought TB looked tired at the end. Started to feel like rangers were on a constant power play because they were moving around well. The shot differential the 1st 2 periods was a lot but the rangers made theirs count.

Good to see Nash do something even MSL got into it

I like getting those big leads, it means the Rangers can take some cheap shots. Seems like these teams always take cheap shots at them, but the Rangers. I underfstand that you can't afford to take a dumb penalty in the playoffs. That's why having a 3 or 4 goal lead is great.
Then it's time to get even, and not have to worry about getting a penalty.

Glad to see Nash get 2 goals and St. Louis get on track. Great to see the most important Ranger get back on track as well, Without the King, we go no where.

who is nervous or confident about tonight ?

I'm pretty confident about tonight, we got the king.
I'm sure 10 goals in 2 games is in Bishopds head, he's vulnerable now.
Getting an early lead would help alot, and possibly would shake Bishops confidence. Would like to get it in the first 5-8 minutes of the puck being dropped.

See ya later LETS GO RANGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TB comes in and shuts the Rangers out in a game 5 ahhhhhhhhhh
I got nothing to f'ing say besides saying, see ya Tuesday F'ING night.

shut out. ridiculous

Just a reminder of when the Rangers face elinimation

A little from the article.

With their season on the line the past four postseasons, the Rangers are 13-3 with two of the losses occurring after regulation. They went 5-1 last year, succumbing to the Kings in double overtime of the Stanley Cup Final and have a chance to improve to 3-0 in 2015 when they face the Washington Capitals in Game 7 of their second-round series Wednesday night.

The 13-3 record, which includes five straight wins in Game 7s, also bridges two coaches: John Tortorella and Alain Vigneault.

my gut tells me tomorrow is a loss. If somehow we win then game 7 is a lock

They are battle tested and are tough to knock out, better not bet against these guys.

are there any good places in manhattan to watch ranger games ? I have to be in the city for meetings and it might be easier than rushing back to huntington

If you wanna stay close to Penn, the Flying Puck is a pure hockey bar, and you can assume the majority of the people there will be in the same situation you are in, looking to watch the game before getting on the train. It will be packed with Rangers fans. 7th ave between 30 n 31st i believe on the west side of the ave

great thx !

Hoping for a Rangers win as I have a ticket to Game 7 that I got for face value. Still undecided if I cash out or go though.

Gut tells me we win tonight. Lightning coming in thinking their defense will get them another 2-0 win or a 2-1 win, but the rangers come out with new gameplan and win 4-2.
