I'd pick him if Ward is gone, plus he could sit for the first 2 yrs with Wilson here.
If they suck in Wilson 2nd year then trade him to a team who him for a playoff push, and start Dart the rest of year 2.

I am Jets and I agree. Great player.
Mets conflict with Giants three out of first games of the season. I know what I'll be watching 40 minutes in.
Between media over saturation, extra games, extra teams in playoffs, and how horrible the Giants have been, this is the least interested I am in an upcoming season.

How Dart doesn't play at all unless Wilson and Winston get hurt, then no choice.

After a buy is usually the spot to make a change. Especially to a rookie learning the system and the opponent.
But the bye is pretty late in the year.
He has a lot to learn from an offense, pre snap, and progression standpoint moving from Kiffin to pro style offense but I’m pretty excited about what he could bring. There are 2 legit NFL QBs ahead of him so no need to rush but it would be shocking if he doesn’t get 4-5 games if the Giants are as bad as most think they will be.

!! The issue is that even though I think the Giants roster is much improved, due to the insanely tough schedule, it probably won’t show in their record. But, their defense will keep them in games. I expect a lot of one score losses this year.
