NJIT Game

5-3 losing to NJIT would be an absolute disaster. It looks like we're well on our way. NJIT is 60% from 3 practically, getting 2nd and 3rd chances, rebounds, and we are turning over everything. Ice cold shooting.

Patience. We'll get it going here in the second half.

what a friggin crapfest. turnovers, not getting rebounds, forcing shots, leaving guys open. I leave anything out?

Hard to be patient when NJIT of all teams is not just winning but absolutely dominating you. I can see this from Detroit or Murray State, but not NJIT. Lose this game and it will haunt us severely if we end up on the bubble.

Simple, you don't come to play this is what happens. Just waiting for Marillac to go into his Jones rant. Seriously, who on this team is committed to rebounding? No one; we dive for steals and blocks and the commiittment to team D we saw against SC is just not there so far today. We need to play D that disrupts the other team and that takes determined and dedicated effort not walking on the court and going through the motions.

One of our biggest problems on D is we try to block every shot and get caught out of position. As far as the O Green is not having a good game at all, we need Branch. Time to step it up

I also noticed that we will be playing man to man, they all end up on 1 side of the court, and the NJIT player with the ball simply moves the other way and gets a crystal clear look at the basket. Wtf is going on?

I can't watch the game, thanks Jim Dolan, but, Christ, calm down. There's 20 minutes left to play, if there isn't an immediate sense of urgency to start the 2nd half, I'd be surprised.

You are right; this game reamains very winnable. In fact, I would be surprised if we don't but it doesn't change the fact that we played very poorly
