NFL “Stuff”

Here’s the official announcement:

This is going to be huge for both. ESPN is taking over the NFL’s Fantasy Football, thus making ESPN the official fantasy game of the NFL. I heard elsewhere they are adding gambling to their fantasy platform. Maybe we will now get to bet on fantasy teams like “Michael Vick’s Dog Pound” and “Fire Lion Zero”.

I hope they sign a deal with the WNBA. I want to bet on teams like “Brittney Grindr” and “Flying Neon Green Bilbos”.

Anyone else have issues telling lower cases Bs and Ds apart?

Caleb Williams, another head case who thinks he is more important than the game. Detailed vetting these guys is obviously essential.

Watching the Eagles get away with at least two false starts while “executing” the tush push was priceless. Half the country has no idea what just occurred. The NFL at its finest.

Video evidence.

The Eagles false start about 60%-65% of the time when they "Tush Push." Their center is usually in the neutral zone as well. It's a crock and the league should be ashamed of themselves for not better policing that crap.

What was funny to me is that I was screaming live that they jumped the snap. I didn’t need the video. I was talking to my son and I said “that’s a false start”. Then….nothing. They went to commercial.

Finally, Tom Brady pointed it out. Then…nothing. Like they didn’t want anyone else to notice. Like you said they did it a couple of other times. In the SAME game.

No idea how this could be missed. Huge miss because the 5 yards would eliminate a “tush push”.

Almost no mention from talking heads today. I am not an Eagles or Chiefs fan but c’mon. No one noticed?

Yes, I despise all sports Philadelphia with the heat of 1000 suns, but this absurdity has to stop.

Do we honestly believe the offsides and neutral zone infractions are blatantly obvious for everyone except the referees? Sure. It should be illegal.

And while we are at it, outlaw pushing a runner altogether. Do not allow linemen to run behind a pile and keep pushing it forward for extra yards.

Not only is it dumb, but if the NFL really cares about player safety, then these should be no-brainers. Guys can get really hurt.

Heck, I recognized it (live) when the Eagles scored AND on the play you posted. I was watching the game alone and said to myself, "The Eagles' guards moved again." I noticed they were doing the same last season.

Best part…BOTH Guards clearly moved prior to the SNAP. Not ONE, BOTH. Crazy.
