To bad Jack, if you like it or not. Goodman is right, he didn't work hard enough
And he brought back our program from the dead. Agree on his lack of recruiting but he seems like a good guy who just lost his job it should be nothing but respect today

While I don't think lavin was great I think our program is on the brink of disaster. We will have no one on the team next year and Chris Mullin as a coach in ny? Love him as a player but as a coach in this program? I think it will be a disaster. Maybe Bobby hurley but after him who else would take this job and have a chance to be better? Danny hurley ain't coming here..
Yes. I just don't know if Danny will have the same instant recruiting success. I have no reservations about Bobby in that area and I think both are good x's and o's guys--edge to Danny there for the experience.
It'd be like if Ralphie got a good BB gun but not the Red Ryder Carbine Action 200-shot Range Model air rifle.

He didn't lose the job, he didn't agree to take less money to continue employment. Mutual parting. Sju better raise more funds in 2015 bc they gotta pay him and another coach..

If that's truly the case, then I don't blame Lavin one bit. How would anyone feel if their boss came up to them and asked them to take a pay cut?
