My favorite player. Worshipped him as a kid to the point I got mad when Hojo folded his sleeves like him.

When my friend’s son was dealing with cancer (he’s doing great now), Daryl took the time to call him and talk to him for a long time to wish him well. No cameras, no publicity, and nothing to gain from it. Just a good human.

Really classy message to Alonso too.

What starting pitcher can you even trust on this team? Manaea and Senga are clearly still working their way back from injuries, who knows what form they will be in come late September. Peterson has had a good year overall but this is now two starts in a row he got smacked around

The funniest thing are the Braves are truly awful this season but, then again, so are we. I’ve tried to tell you guys since mid-May this is a mediocre team.
