Lowe would be a great pickup. It would most likely cost at least a top ten prospect (probably from low minors) and a couple of unranked prospects (low minors). He has been injured the past month though. He's a leader and we could sure use his power in 6 hole.

Would seem to be an indication Winker may not be available (this would be an upgrade, for sure) and also add flexibility to the lineup/defense/roster construction. He hits RHP pitching very well, and has a 10m option next year -- which is expensive for Tampa. I wonder what the price would be.

“IF TRUE” this would signal one of Baty, Vientos or Mauricio would certainly be gone. Not enough room on the roster. Remember Baty is getting more time at 2B. That would disappear. Jeff McNeil would be locked into CF. Unless McNeil is moved is he really a full time CFer?

It’s interesting but I don’t see it unless multiple other moves were made by Thursday. Seems like they are kicking the tires on everything which they should. Just doesn’t seem like a perfect fit.
 
Soto being a jerk arguing third strike call almost gets thrown out of game but instead gets his manager ejected protecting him. Looked like a strike and at worst very close so no reason to go ape shit over the call.

He could have 2 HRS with 6 RBI except for a great catch by Tatis. Light Tower power in a ballpark that is tough to hit it out of. I get the no position, too many infielders argument but the DH spot is open. Tough decision. I hope they don’t.
 
Montas meltdown incoming. Needed one shutdown inning against a struggling offense and he shits the bed. Weird but certain players just kill us and for whatever reason Luis Arraez drives us crazy.
 
Never saw Montas pitched before this year but looking at his stats when he was signed it was hard to see what Stearns saw in him. Now that I’ve seen him pitch a few games it’s even harder to understand.
 
Soto complained about a call earlier in the game so the home plate umpire clearly just punched him out just to teach him a lesson. Unreal. Thank god batters can challenge calls next year
 
I knew we just jinxed Suarez when they just talked about Suarez only giving up 1 HR this year just now . Mauricio !! :)
