Yet it was the unforced turnover by Smith after the final media timeout that turned out to be the dagger. Sucks that it took 36 games to play a stinker for a full 40 minutes. This team still remains special.

It’s crazy how a season can end and how the perspective changes. Up until 10 days ago Arkansas season was very much not a success. Now look at it. Even if we can’t capture the same top10 magic we had this year next season, it sure feels likely we will be dancing while Pitino is here. And as we just saw, get there and anything can happen.

I totally agree with you, backrim. Maybe something occurred on the bench we're not privy. I don't know. He has to be on the floor, no doubt. I also feel if he has played better then we're moving to the next round.
