NCAA Investigation into Duke Official

There needs to be an investigation into the NCAA and the official who blew the inadvertent whistle when we had the breakaway easy dunk.

Worst god damn thing I have seen happen to us since the Billy Singleton BS tech foul in the ncaa tournament again when we were winning. Yeah we stunk down the end blah blah blah but that fucking whistle was a rally killer because the garden was about to explode on that play

It wouldn't surprise me if the whistleblower had money on the game. I want his bank accounts frozen and a full investigation into this person

It looked to me like Sheed traveled, and I think that's why he blew the whistle. Then he changed his mind. Who knows, that's my guess.

That wasn't even the worst call of the game. The worst call was the 3 pointer at the half in our favor.

The whistle was not the reason we lost, time to move on it's one game and frankly the next is more important.

The only reason an "ineffeective" Harrison is playing is because we have no bench. he should be applauded not having cheap shots thrown his way.

Of course. Did I imply I didn't? I'm depressed we lost, but I like what I saw from them today and hope they can continue playing with the same type of effort.

This is true but we put together a 9 game winning streak last year after the losing streak so it's tough to compare the two.

Regardless, as you said we are in a decent position right now. It'll be a fight but it's very doable to make the tournament.

I hate to sound like a loser here, but giving this kind of effort for 30minutes only to lose isn't good enough.
You can say the same against Villanova too, great effort for 30minutes then we got blown out.

From my personal observation he doesn't appear as "hurt" as people think here. He has always been a streak shooter capable of poor shot selection and shooting short. I think we are just seeing the Mr. Hyde part of his game and sooner or later he will snap out of it.

Or he's not pushing off as much on one leg and it is causing him not to be balanced on his shot. Just because he isn't using it as an excuse (admirable) doesn't mean it isn't affecting his shot.

I noted that in the game thread. On his shot at the buzzer before half he didn't have time to think he just reacted and of course he drilled the shot. That tells me it is somewhat mental. Not saying he isn't injured though, that to me is clear

Losing the game wasnt bad enough but as I left the Garden I heard two Duke fans talking. One said how fortunate they were to come from behind, the other said. That is what Duke does, we do it all the time especially against teams like this. I could have turned and said something but I just kept on moving.

Just my opinion, but I don't see much lift on most of his shots & his cuts off screens seem slower. These are just observations over past several games. We'll see.
