All the hype and excitement, and we come out flat. Once again, this is on the players. The coaching staff SHOULD NOT have to get these kids pumped up to play in the NCAA tournament!
 
I feel bad for our guys who are playing their last game in a Johnnies uniform. What a downward spiral, teams figured us out. Play with size and a zone and we are not scoring on anyone.
 
At least we now know it isn't just bad luck and it's not just the refs. We have no real coaches or else we'd know how to handle a zone like any other team. We'd also have 3 big men and at least 2 of which could bully and score. ASU knows exactly what to do and they're executing. Bobby Hurley.
 
Seems like I heard the term “going through the motions” a lot lately. Seems appropriate. Let’s just go balls out and press for the rest of the half.
 
Lol, not surprised at all given how bad we've been the past few weeks. Figured we'd at least keep the deficit around 10, though...

The players absolutely deserve some of the blame, but we have no idea how to attack a zone which means these players weren’t coached on how to attack a zone

Yes, please. Do something. So tired of seeing this game repeated for the thousandth time.
