Name on Redmen.com how/why?

The registration process asked for first name last name. I assumed the username would appear on my postings.

I was surprised my name appears instead. I don't see any way to fix it now.

Didn't realize I put my first name in the area where it says how would you like to be identified on the site. Never switched it. Hey MCNPA, what setting are you a physician assistant at?
I work in Critical Care Medicine running an Icu at this point in Portsmouth New Hampshire. Started out my career in Brooklyn in Surgery, then made my way through as a Supervisor/Coordinator at St. John’s Hospital in Queens, on Queens Blvd. (now closed), then to Critical Care at St Francis in Roslyn NY for about 11 years before I made it up here.
Very nice. I work with on and off with some PA's at the hospital i work in. I am a physical therapist.

I use SJUFAN for everything I join and when I first signed up I entered that as my username. When I came back my login wouldn't work and I needed to start over. SJUFAN wouldn't work, so I chose SJUNC as I live in North Carolina.

Me 2!!

I started on the old AOL board. First day I registered on a basketball chatboard as SJUFAN and someone else had the same name without the caps. You'd think I had stolen his 401k money...he went bonkers over an innocent mistake. I have no idea who that clown was but that wasn't just how I chose my site name, it was also my introduction to the lunatic fringe of the St John's fan base!
Fun fact: I never wanted my name to be jack Williams on here.

Like everyone knows I was pretty young when I first signed up to this site... but when it asked to me put a username I put “DLo3Lo” which is still the username I use to sign into this site. When I made it that, Harrison was a frosh and my favorite player.

I have no clue how jack Williams ended up being displayed. I still don’t. But I kind of just went with it
There really fun fact is that most people don't know that your real name is Esteban Enrique-Núñez-García Ramírez-Vasquez-Rodriguez-Hernandez-Cortés Martínez-Jack Williams.

I choose the name of the now gone , Restaurant , Bar and Watering Hole that was the place to be pre game and post game . 1968? The year I graduated from the Tobin College of Business . Which makes me old . But , I saw a lot of great Redmen Basketball . Too many great games and great Players when we were the Beast of the East , with Billy Goodwin sitting atop the basket after winning the BE Tourney and appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated . I’d like to see us get back to Winning Basketball . I know Louie would too !
Not imaginative at all but I am proud to proclaim:

SJU = The acronym at the time I graduated of the University I graduated from.

85 = The year I graduated.
Braggart! ;) :)

I wondered what happened to that guy. Now I know he's still alive.

Sjc88=St. John’s College of SJU graduated 1988. I saw all the other Alums like SJU 85 or Class of 72 and well I am not very creative.

I'm an R&B music lover. And growing up, the group 112 released an album called "Room112" which was a favorite of mine in high school. I kind of just went with that for message boards and screenames. If I had to choose a different name now it would be much different lol

OK Paul, I demand an explanation. I would have loved to read Filet and Electrocop all these years. Better than Phil and Pat! ;)
