Pres. Gempesaw seems a bit taller recently, yet another example of the "Mullin Effect". The man is working wonders, every wish is granted.

We've gotten some decent talent from NJ in he past, but never much and its been a while since our last NJ commit. Think it was Elijah Ingram. James Scott, James Felton and Roshown McLeod also come to mind.
 
It is great to see the St.John's President involved with the men's basketball program.

President Bobby G seems to understand the value of the men's basketball program to St. John's University.

Add Qarran Calhoun and Cedric Jackson our latest. None of those mentioned finished their college careers here except for Scott a Juco transfer who played two years.

The 2nd half of his senior year he played very well. Dropped 28 on Michigan at Ann Arbor on Super Bowl Sunday.

But of course since he averaged a triple-double as a JUCO freshman, we all thought we were getting Oscar Robertson II.

Well after watching that debacle, their is one coach no one should be interested in , Lionel Hollins.
What a putrid performance for a team at home fighting for their playoff lives.
Remarkable what Jason Kidd must have realized, getting out and landing squarely on his feet taking an under-performing Bucks team to a .500 record and the playoffs.
