(MSG) Seton Hall, Sat. Feb. 24, 12 NOON, FOX/570AM

looks like no Desi either. We have a good shot at this.
Yeah because the last time we played a team without one of their starting guards who also was their leading scorer turned out so well for us.
Marquette is a bad matchup for us. They have to many great 3 point shooters and play much better at home. Seton Hall struggles offensively. This one might be ugly but we should win.

Seton Hall May have more on the brain than a game tomorrow. Seton Hall and Xavier we’re just named in the FBI report by Yahoo.

Seton Hall -Isaiah Whitehead

Xavier -Ed summer

*We’re not on the list so far.

I hope tomorrow that MSG rings loudly with chants of "FBI, FBI, FBI........"

In addition to Marcellus Earlington, St. John's will host Kahlil Whitney, Precious Achiuwa and Lester Quinones for tomorrow's game against Seton Hall. #sjubb

Not if we shoot like we did Wednesday.

Then it could get really ugly tomorrow, because I don't expect Trimble to go 5/7 from 3 point range, again.

Thanks Otis I get that
however it would seem we could use him or anybody for 5-10 min to give our starters a blow. It is what it is - too bad he did not improve or at least maintain his freshman level of performance.

Despite this, Lovett and our down moments this season, how nice if we could win a few more games and flirt with the NIT!

Hard to get too excited about Marcellus. I am out here in New Jersey and I would throw out anything he does for Don Bosco as the competition is nothing to write home about.

Beginning to think Marcus is haunting us. This is a bad dream. With Marcus we would’ve beaten SHU, DePaul the first time, both G*Town games, the home games versus X and Creighton. Take away the Nove win, we’d be 8-7 in the BE. A damned shame.

Would be great if they announce Marcus Hatten's presence at the game (don't know if they do that in the Garden) - one of my all time favorite Johnnies!

Hatten has been very vocal lately. Is he angling for some sort of a position? Will Willy Shaw be meeting him in the parking lot in advance of the game tmw? :(

Steve Lavin had his faults, but clearly he made the right call on the Whitehead recruitment.
