Minnesota

It's a nice win, for certain. Keep in mind that Minnesota missed something like 16 of their last 18 shots. If they make 9 of 18, we lose. Do you chalk it up to our defense, or bad shooting? One thing is certain, we beat a respectable team. I do think that we need a solid ) plus 12-6 in the BE to have a good shot at the tournament. That must be the goal, and we can't have the kind of slump that sunk us early last year. A win vs. Gonzaga would have a lot of us very very happy.

You can also talk about how many free throws we missed and how we started of 0-9 from 3 point range. So I guess that can even out your if they make 9 of 18 we lose argument. This is why they play the games, we won and moving one.

Nonsense. Minnesota had like 20 turnovers. If they just didn't have ten of them, they'd have beaten us. Also, there is no counting how many better shots they almost took...probably like 8-9. If they took half of them...different game.

Also, where was their pregame meal? If they would have more protein and less fat....who knows?

I'm also not ready to rule out the butterfly effect. Can anyone tell me with certainty that a butterfly did not flap it's wings somewhere in Asia before the game?

You can talk if they shot better in the 2nd 1/2 did not make as many turnovers then again we start out 0-9 shot like 50% from the foul line etc etc Its basketball the biggest factor is we won WE basically blew them out in the 2nd 1/2 so give our guys credit They missed because we plat tough D period To win our next game we must shoot better
