Need to keep our starting five on the floor as much as possible
 
ugly last 10 mins, Minn seems to have a 3 point shooter open every time down....need to clean that up at half.
 
Flashback to last year...Mullin spending more time arguing w/ refs...

And what's up with whoever is doing the TV scoreboard ? All over place with wrong team points and delays

I thought we got shorted point on a Lovett shot. The scorer is driving me nuts; It;s like he has the freaking hiccups while he is doing the score
 
We've been exposed. When our shots are falling , we don't get beat back on defense. As far as crashing the boards, what did we get one put back in the entire first half?
 
Transition D was a disaster. Gotta make that adjustment at half time.

Marcus a touch out of control (first time all season) when going to the rim.
Ahmed out of control basically the entire time.

Ponds the coolest player on the team?
 
I hate being right all the time but Mussini will always struggle against any average athletic team.

Never said that. I said I don't mind guards being aggressive. I never said they should not get back on missed shots which is what killed us.

It is what it is we are going to live and die with Ponds and Lovett. No other scorers on this team
 
Careless play. Defensive rotation back no existent. Wide open 3s. Failure to finish. Disappointing half. That bout sums it up.
 
As Al McGuire used to say, the first five minutes of the second half is critical in determining your ability to come back from double digit deficits.
We better find composure in the locker room
 
Malik Ellison's poor play singlehandedly turned the momentum in that first half. If we can stop giving up the fast breaks on defense and shoot the way we did in the first part of the game we can get right back in this thing. Keep Ellison on the bench. I don't see the improvement everyone was talking about with him?
