Mark started the topic to give us an update on his status as a player. While most of us really don't care any longer no fan needs to stoop to a FML comment.

He effd his teammates so eff him.. He's a 23 year old man. I've seen plenty of the venomous stuff you've written over the years, 72. Funny how now you're being all high and mighty over me saying FML.. c'mon now

Aside from the substance of the debate....I did appreciate the wit in Class of 72's line : "You don't pay coaches $2 million dollars just to show up. We, on the other hand, are so incompetent that we even pay coaches $600k to not show up!"....
Sometimes, it's good to laugh at yourself to not become completely cynical.

I think we can all agree about one dynamic regarding our team. You have to really appreciate what a great job has been achieved in securing those transfers...... most notably Clark, Simon, Heron, Fig. This year, that overall success will compensate for years of high school recruiting failure. That's a collective accomplishment for management even if one individual leads the charge.
Lastly, I hope we can relax a bit with each other. Colorful commentary is great and sports fan love to argue perspectives. As the season evolves, it would be great if before hitting the submit button, we screen our own posts to affirm that our points are compelling with basketball insight, not so much with personal attack.
