Lavin on the Road

 But, FWIW

I looked back at Nate's tweets... his comments aren't as rock solid as some people made them out to be.

Initially he said: "@Nateblueis4real: Maurice (Moe) Harkless isnt going to the draft... Hes got a game wednesday vs depaul. Tune in."

And then later in the week..
@Nateblueis4real: "So is Moe Harkless going to the nba draft? The answer is, he has class tomorrow and depaul on wednesday.. Thats as far as we thought."

I still think Moe returns because there's too many established wings coming out this year, but Nate's comments sound like the they're in a wait and see mode

With Mo likely leaving and Harrison not far behind we need an awful lot of manpower. I wish Steve would spend some time and resources on the end of the bench. They don't all have to be top 100 to be fill ins. This nailbiting over fouls and injuries has to stop.

Mark Jackson would have never let it get this bad.

Sean Evans would never have let it get this bad.
and Moe is sitting on the fence about leaving.

Do you know Moe ? How do you know that ?

Bobre has NBA 'connections'

Actually the source which is a good one was a lot more pessimistic about him staying than "on the fence" but there's no need to be overly negative now though. Suffice it to say that common sense can be a good guide too.

So you are saying your source is closer to Moe than Nate Blue ?

Well he was able to quote Moe and I'll leave it right there. I don't know about the Nathan Blue relationship but trust me, there's no comparison credential-wise.

Nate Blue can call Harkless ANY TIME and get a quote. And it wouldn't be a violation, unlike your NBA buddy talking to him.

bobre just sore cause coach Lavin is not re-recruiting Sean Evans of whom bobre still fantasizes has 4 more years of eligibility left sort of like when i used to dream of the Mick making a comeback with the Yankees when I was a little boy.

Absolutly right plus Kenny HUtchsidson going to Arkansas.

Kenny was part of a group of players that played at the old Ben Franklin HS in East Harlem.
Richie Adams, Kenny Hutchinson and Lonnie Green made Ben Franklin the top HS team in America in 1979. They were joined by Walter Berry around 1980 to form the greatest high school basketball team ever in
New York City HS history. Kenny became addicted to coke at Arkansas......so much for getting away from the City. Richie, Kenny and Walter were all Lavin-type players....long, lanky and talented.

I susspect that there are a few of us on the board who saw both a certain Power Memorial team and the Boys High 1960 team who might diagree with that assessment.
