Boston moved the ball to open players beautifully.
Knicks played flat footed defense all night.
Brunson is a great player but thinks he has to score with every possession.
Towns was the S l o w e s t player on the court.
Knicks worse at defending the trey than St. John's from 2005 to 2022.

Must win Friday night, can't go back to Boston for a game 7.
There was a time when the Celtics never lost a game 7 in the Boston, I wonder if that is still true.
In the two losses OG Anunoby was 1 for 6 and 1 for 12 from the field. That’s a 2 point game in 31 minutes and a 6 point game in 36 minutes.
In two of the WINS Anunoby had 29 points and 20 points. The outlier is Game 2 where the Knicks WON when he had only 5 points.
Anunoby is a key player. He plays well the Knicks have a good chance of winning. He’s that little extra. Knicks need him to play well.

They played like they knew that they had two more cracks at winning the series. Boston played like their season was over if they lost. The Knicks need to show up with some intensity on Friday, because Boston is going to fight until the end.

In the off season I'm good with trading Towns and Bridges or OG, maybe if they lose and whoever does worse.

To each their own, but personally don't see the value in discussing what players on our team we do/don't want back when we are in the midst of trying to win a championship. Last night sucked but win a home game tomorrow night and we will be hosting game 1 of the eastern conference finals next week, with a real shot at competing in the NBA Finals

Just saying if we lose tomorrow, because I'll be sick to my stomach, wish I was confident that we'll win , but with all the disappointment through through the years.
One Bulls fan told me in the 90s when MJ with he left for two years: "Now's you chance to win a Championship, and you better do it before he gets back."
We failed to get it done. He was also right about do it before he gets back, MJ comes back and what happens? They won another 3 straight.
Hope Friday is a surprise ending, and not what I'm expecting with the Knicks.

Love this comment because it is so true. Win tomorrow and this series is all in the rearview with another opportunity ahead of us.
Exactly. Tomorrow is biggest game we've played in 25 years which was last time we made the conference finals - time to get behind our guys!
Win tomorrow and we are not only in conference finals but will have home court advantage.

It is really amazing to think the Knicks have not won a playoff series clinching game at home since 1999. Let’s change that tonight…it is go time!!
