Josh Roberts

Montrez Harrell for the Clippers is who Roberts game will most likely resemble when it’s all said and done with. Gotta work on developing a short jumpshot, and get better down low, but love the motor and no quit. That will take him a long way in this game if he continues to manifest it.

Harrell was an absolute monster physically in college. Don’t see that one.

With all these comparisons I've thought very hard about it and I'm going with either Bucky Dent or Bud Harrelson.

If Josh can develop a few low post moves, I see him as the next Hakeem Olajuwon.

:p

They both lie about their height, so Roberts is off to a good start.

In terms of motor, and skill set he’s not far off.

Love the progress I've seen from Josh. Great job rebounding and great motor. Awesome at cleanups around him. Needs work on his touch close to the basket as he shoots more line drives like Champagnie at times. Need to get more of an arc...soft touch goes in more than line drives. By the time he's a senior if we have a few other legit big men and a few capable guards, this team can really be a factor again.
